Do you know about ePay?Epay is a system that has been created through which amounts like court fees, penalties, find and others etc. can be paid online directly through epay.
How can I download epay.?
If you use an Android phone then you can download App by going to Google Play Store and if you use an iPhone then you can also download it on iOS.
How can I use epay?
T(caps)o use Epay, first you have to go to Google Play Store,and there you will find ecourt services You have to search and then download the ecourt services app from there.After downloading, open the app and click on the three lines at the top left side.Scroll down to Apps and click on epay,And after clicking on epay, the desktop site page will open and you will see a website like this.
First of all let's talk about court fee.
Court fees:
Here you are given two options. First is District Court and second is High Court. Now select the court in which you want to deposit the court fee. After that two more options are given below, one is new case and the other is exiting case.
Question : Here you might have a question that what is this exiting case?
Answer : If you already have a case going on and you have to deposit the court fee in that case, that is called an exiting case.
Now you must have decided in which court you want to deposit the court fee.
If you select District Court then
- First select your state.
- After that select your district.
- Then select the court in which you want to deposit the court fee.
- Then write the amount of court fee to be deposited, for example Rs 100.
- After that select the name of the party.
- If you ask for the remark option then write something else leave it blank.
- Then enter your mobile number.
- Finally select the terms and conditions.
- Now enter the OTP.
Now a new page will open in front of you in which you will see some options for depositing court fees like G-pay, upi, online banking, etc.
Now you can deposit the court fees by selecting the option you like. And after making the payment, you will have to download the pdf copy of the court fees and submit this pdf copy in the court. Similarly, if you select the High Court, then you can deposit the court fees of the High Court by following the same step by step.
So, now you must have understood how to deposit court fees through online epay. Let us now talk about judicial deposit.
Judicial deposit :
Let's talk about judicial deposit, here you will be given two options, first is district court and second is High Court.
If you select District Court.
Select your CNR number option and add the number.
If you don't have CRN number please select case number.
- Select State.
- Currently, this facility is available in only these many states.(Bihar, chattisgarh, haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra,and panjab)
- Select district.
- select court ( establishment).
- Select court case.
- Enter case number and years.
After add number and press the GO button.
- Enter amount.
- Submitted mobile number.
- Click the check box ▢
- And then a new window opens and the pay option is available in the epay screen and after successful pay deposit, pay your deposit. Now the PDF file is available, which needs to be downloaded.
Similarly, you can choose the High Court option and pay the deposit through ePay.
Similarly, you can easily pay fines, penalty and other fees online through ePay from your mobile or desktop.
