Notary portal
Before online filling your foam on Notary Portal,
1. save your photo and your signature in jpg format.
2. After that save your matriculation certificate, your degree, enrollment certificate, Bar Council's NOC and affidavit in PDF format.
The special thing is that you have deposited Rs. 2000 in Bharat Kosh. Save its receipt in PDF format.
After successfully logging in to the notary portal, you will have to upload the documents. Many users have been provisionally notarized, they should keep these things in mind while uploading their documents.
First of all click on upload documents, as soon as you click a page will open in front of you.
But be careful whether you have saved all the documents to be uploaded in your computer or not.
(1) After the new page opens, your name, notary application number, date of birth, etc. will be in front of you.
(2) There you will be asked other information like your district and practice area.
After filling all this information, you will have to fill your name, father's name and address in Hindi.
Now you will have to upload the documents.
(1) photo should be in jpg format upto 50 kb but if you want best result then keep it 35 kb.
(2) Your signature should be in jpg format up to 50 kb but if you want best result then I will suggest you 38 kb.
(3) Matriculation certificate should be up to 200 kb but if you want best result then I will suggest you to keep your PDF up to 150 kb.
(4) The size of LLB degree will be up to 200 kb but I would suggest you up to 160 kb.
(5) Keep the enrollment certificate up to 150 kb.
(6) Keep the size of Bar Council NOC up to 150 kb.
(7) Keep the size of affidavit up to 145 kb.
(8) And keep the Bharat Kosh receipt up to 150 kb.
Of all the above documents, photos and Signature must be uploaded in jpg format and all other documents in PDF format.
After that answer the given five questions and submit the foam.
If the server goes down after submission, log out and log in again and fill the form and submit.
After successful submission of your form, a new page will open in which you can upload your Bharat Kosh receipt of Rs. 2000 in PDF format which should be up to 150 kb.
Many lawyers are facing a problem that the server is down. I request them that as soon as the server goes down, they should log out and log in and try again.
Those who upload their document on the notary portal and complete the document submission process within 1 minute, their document gets submitted as quickly as possible.

After few days log in Notary portal and show your hindi and other languages name and address.
